I was born and raised in Colorado and graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2018. I began Golden Wellness Massage in 2020 after realizing I wanted to help others through my private practice! Everyone is unique therefore, my massage is completely customized to tailor your body’s best needs and wants. Intuition is the foundation of my work. I will listen to your body, to achieve the ultimate results. I view massage as so much more than just a relaxing treatment, which is why I also began to practice and incorporate Reiki healing in 2021. Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality that helps bring the mind, body, and spirit back into its natural homeostasis. I am grateful to have found this career and path in life as it's such a pleasure to help others on their path to healing, whether is achy muscles or difficult emotions to process, I am here for you!
